Plot (Such as it is. -ed.)
Bibi is being held captive by three mad scientists, the leader of whom is her own sister. Bibi's sister plans to remove half of Bibi's brain, an operation Bibi thinks will be obvious to her friends at school. The scientists are not so sure. Finally, Surfer Bob and a butch biker chick rescue Bibi and make their escape.
'Wood'-ness
In 1978, Fred Olen Ray commisioned a script from Ed for a film called Beach Blanket Bloodbath. Unfortunately, Ed died without having finished the script and the film was never made. In 1985, however, Ray shot some test footage on the standing sets for his film Star Slammer, utilizing the cast and crew of that film.

The only extant scene (running less than four minutes) shows some sparks of Ed's style, but with intentional humor, instead of Ed's usual accidental humor.

Extremely fun, but for collector's only.
Best Line
"We'll go to the beach! They'll never look for us there!" - Surfer Bob
